Service Description
TheKidsAI provides district guidance, academic diagnostics, practice experiences, family planning tools, and learning support features for K-12 placement preparation.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time, including paid offerings, provided we continue to honor applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Account Requirements
A parent or legal guardian must create and manage each TheKidsAI account used for a child. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of registration details, safeguarding account credentials, and supervising child use of the platform.
Children under 13 may not independently create TheKidsAI accounts. Parent-managed child profiles are required before learning data collection begins.

COPPA Acknowledgment
By using TheKidsAI for a child under 13, you acknowledge that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise authorized to provide consent on the child’s behalf.
You also acknowledge that TheKidsAI may pause certain child-facing features until explicit consent is recorded where required by our COPPA compliance controls.

Some TheKidsAI plans may require payment. If you subscribe, you authorize the applicable recurring or one-time charges described at checkout, subject to the pricing and billing terms presented there.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until canceled. Parents are responsible for keeping billing information current and reviewing plan details before purchase.
